About the course

AI Literacy for Moms – Live Cohort is a 4-week, hands-on experience that guides your growth through our AI Literacy Tree framework. You’ll explore what AI is, how it works, and the impact it may have on your family and future. You’ll learn how to use it ethically, effectively, and even enjoyably, so you can navigate the AI age with clarity, not confusion. Each week, we’ll meet live to explore a core chapter of the course. We’ll reflect, explore tools, ask questions, and apply what we’re learning in a safe, supportive space. Small, intimate cohorts mean you won’t just walk away with knowledge. You’ll grow a strong, supportive network of moms to continue on your AI literacy journey.

I am an Ammi (mother) of 3 who spent almost a decade in sales and strategy at AI software companies. I had a front-row seat to the emergence of Generative AI and quickly realized this technology would revolutionize how we live and work. At ammi.ai, we’re on a mission to get all mothers in the AI conversation. We promote AI literacy for mothers to ensure everyone understands and can thoughtfully engage with the technology that will shape our families' futures. AI can be both helpful and harmful. With mothers on board, we can achieve a healthy future with AI.
